How difficult would it be to create an imageboard using html, javascript, C# for server stuff and sql as a 3 month project for education? Im talking pretty rudimentary and wouldent be hosted online or anything

There are SQL libraries for other languages as well.

Here's a tutorial that helped me get started with Python/flask, even if you don't want to use Python (I don't necessarily recommend python for this) and think it uses MySQL which is more basic than what you want, it could still be a good starting point to get an idea.

Using C# .NET for an image board project is like using a bazooka to crack a peanut, still if it's just for learning you aren't wasting your time at all. You will learn a lot. It will make you a good programming sophomore. You will stand out from the React/JS bambinos by a decent amount.

When you have finished your project you can make a similar project in, say, a Python or PHP based framework and you will truly appreciate the benefits these weak soy languages can bring.
