Let's raid Wikimedia Commons with Creative Commons licensed soyjakshttps://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Memes_and_image_macros
This category already has a few Wojaks so it would be within their scope
We need Soyjaks with Punisher faces
we should make this a general
if we spam them with subtle sneed references
they'll never be able to get rid of them all and they know that, and that will cause psychological torment
ITS STILL THERE HAHAHAHHAHAA
NO ONE EDIT IT FURTHER THEYLL CATCH ON
this is actually a great idea though
If KYM was mad about the soyjak clogging up the recet images, image how assblasted wikipedia editors would be.
Those guys are insanely autistic and take themselves way to seriously.
Did you just summon one of us?
Some of us tried to stop thinking about them, but some of us just wanted to make things worse.
KnowYourSwede is still alive and well.
Maybe you could post something else first then Soyjaks like Mask, Sneed, Omčo, Hugo Chavez, Zdravko Mamić or even NEO CORTEX HIMSELF.
There are few images of edits we like.
I like Swedish Gem and normal Swedish boy.
We mostly upvote those that stay faithful to mocking soyboys like one called soyjak (hypocrite) where Soyjak whines about Capitol Hill rioters while praising other rioters just because they are wearing masks.
Use a tripcode and post them with a CC-BY-SA license
how the fuck do you upload one there
~Lexy iris - Own work
It had already happened: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/File:Janitor_Soyjak.jpg
Based OP arguing for its educational value.
The retards arguing it's copyright infringement MAY have a point. Works by anonymous authors still have legal protection, and if the author doesn't give explicit authorization you can't repost it.
What I said in >>6589
still applies: either say "this 'jakkie is licensed under CC0" if you're posting a 'jak you made yourself, or if you see one that you want to steal, ask the author if you can repost it on Wikipedia (and then reply to yourself saying that you can).
these 'jaks is licensed under CC0
these 'jaks too are licensed under CC0
>>6727>>No, just because it was posted on 4chan doesn't make it free media.
it does though
anyone can ask original posters of soyjak and front-facing soyjakhttps://desuarchive.org/int/thread/83655045/#83658861http://archive.4plebs.org/tv/thread/96297170/#96299728
I would ask if they still post but I'm banned though
>>6750>it does though
According to common sense, it does, but from a strictly legal viewpoint, it doesn't.
Scroll to the bottom and read the disclaimer:>All trademarks and copyrights on this page are owned by their respective parties. Images uploaded are the responsibility of the Poster. Comments are owned by the Poster.
If you post anything on Wikipedia, you have to give up your copyright, and accept a permissive license. If you upload images or text to 4chan, from a strictly legal viewpoint, you fully retain your copyright. Being anonymous is irrelevant, see article 7 of the Berne Convention:>In the case of anonymous or pseudonymous works, the term of protection granted by this Convention shall expire fifty years after the work has been lawfully made available to the public.
You explicitly need to ask for permission to please the wikipedos. Hopefully they won't try to argue, "uhh but we don't know if this Anon here granting permissions is ACKSHUALLY THE Anon who made the original picture in the first place"...>>6755>but I'm banned though
Based, what for?
got Clean Stabled, I must wait 1 day more to appeal
This media file has been nominated for deletion since 5 May 2021.
To discuss it, please visit the nomination page.
Do not remove this tag until the deletion nomination is closed.
Reason for the nomination: This is not an image-hosting site, this site is for freely usable non-copyrighted media.
among us is considered copyrighted media, soyjak isn't.
we cant keep getting away with it
shitjaks would be common license
put the shitjaks on there
it was deleted due to nomination, despite the fact that they deleted multiple nominations that asked for it to not be removed...
Brilliant, soybros. It's outsider art, so it's more deserving of protection, and the original artist can actually post proof that he's okay with licensing the shitjaks.
how should be proceed with the Shittening?
I think you got cofused chud, I said that people whosay its not child porn are wrong.
marge, i'm confused
marge, my face hurts again
How the hell is that eprson a Jew? Soot is a Jew.>>7000
Lolicon is a pedo bait. Trust me
Can you provide a couple things so I can upload this to wikisneedia commons?
1. A date of creation
2. A claim that states you created this for the intention of poking fun at an anonymous Facebook user promoting the book “Beer & Racism”
next time i’ll use a 15 hundred dollar PC to shitpost, sorry master

Post it as an SVG, like other soyeditors
Also orphaned works (which 100% of every jaks here) are copyrighted unless you can prove you own the copyright and you have licensed under a free license (which is absolutely impossible), it's gonna be under fair use and moved to a country-specific Wikipedia's files (it's gonna be deleted unless the file's important to represent the topic (not 1000000000th wojak edit))
>>7097>unless you can prove you own the copyright
Maybe you could use a cryptographic signature to prove your identity? But it would still amount to "just trust me bro" because there's no way to know whether the actual author used it, or someone else applied it after the fact. I can't think of anything short of doxing yourself to prove that it was actually you.
>you have licensed under a free license
Can you embed the license in the image itself? Kind of the opposite of copyright notices, you put a CC0 logo or something on it. But then you'd have the same issue, how do you prove this wasn't edited in by another user at a later point?
>>7102>Maybe you could use a cryptographic signature to prove your identity?
How would they know that you own the copyright>Can you embed the license in the image itself?
How would they know that you haven't tampered with the image
And you can't really license it under a free license anyway because its a derivative of a derivative of a non-free image (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Wojak_cropped.jpg
Update: You can actually license it under a free license if its an orginal jak (not based off a non-free jak)
This post made me realize that we could frame new 'jaks, that are derived from old, non-free jaks, as parodies. Parodies have two benefits: they can resemble the original work, and you don't have to ask for permission from the original author (muh Campbell v. Acuff-Rose Music for Burgers, muh Deckmyn v Vandersteen, muh article 17(7) in EU Directive 2019/790 for Europoors). The only requirement is that it's obvious it's a mockery or subversion of the meaning of the original. But it's fine, adding another layer of irony wouldn't make a difference for memetic purposes, Soyjaks are inherently "for the purposes of caricature, parody and pastiche".>>7137>Thank you for your effort in creating this page; it does not go unappreciated here at WikiMedia. Trace your own original soyjaks from images in this category so the wikijannies won't delete them for being non-free: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Open_human_mouths
Make sure when posting your soyjak to link to the original image on Wikimedia Commons and make clear that it is a derivative under the same license.
