TL;DR I got fired from being a janny a few months ago, and after talking to some people about it recently, I want to discuss this somewhere. Is this the best place? Is there a better board here? Or is this not a good website, period?

I want to talk about 4chan moderation somewhere, but if I do that on 4chan I'll be banned. I saw an old post on 8ch.net which I liked, and I'd like to discuss stuff that's on there too.

Anyway, it really seems like the prevalent mindset is "let the website rot", under the guise of "this is just how we've always done things". If you try to put in any extra effort and use the extremely limited (for no good reason) tools to convey a message to the users that quality posts are preferred, you will be targeted by your higher-ups for the possibility of being fired. The head honcho in particular seems to be extremely broken and enjoys his power trip. He does not care about the website, he probably only cares about being right. Somehow it's always these kinds of people that rise to power in this online communities, it was the same for MangaHelpers as well, and other discords I've been in. I guess only the people who have no life are the only ones who would spend that much time sucking online dick to get to "the top" of a cesspool?

The filter system for real life 'p works via hash detection from a database of known media, right?
Why not do the same with lolicon? There's ready databases containing nearly every image out there in the form of boorus (rule34, danbooru, et cetera), so why not just scrape those for the tag 'lolicon' and add them to your ban filter?

I hope I do not come off as rude with this request, I just merely want you to reconsider your decision. The decision in question is that my threads fall into the category/board of /incel/. Even if this may come off as a sound decision at first, it has a few issues. First of all, I've noticed the overall atmosphere of /incel/ seems to NOT be a casual place to talk about local namefags, but a place of slow but effortful conversations discussing more of OFFSITE namefags, and most often they're trying to doxx the namefag in question. /incel/ does not seem fit as a hub to have casual conversations with others, as its atmosphere has been established as practically the opposite.
The second issue with this is that not many people on /qa/ even disliked my thread being on there. /qa/ is a very casual place, and i think my thread even was LIKED on there knowing that it got 300+ replies in the span of a few hours. My thread seems to fit the community and atmosphere of /qa/, a casual shitposting ground. I ask for no more than one thread at a time on the board of /qa/, and i will not attempt to spread my "cancer" across the board, rather keeping it centralized in one place. This will keep my thread as optimal as it could ever be.
