OP if you want a windows-like environment, just install Ubuntu or whatever other popular Debian derivative. You could always just use Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021, which support ends in 2032. So pretty much you have a modern OS and a much faster install to top it all off

Heres some useful tools for debloating windows 10/11:
-autoruns: easily configure startup apps & delete useless registries
-0&0shutup10: useful for disabling telemetry stuff
-winaero tweaker: tons of useful options in this one, just try it out
-10AppsManager: mass uninstall the preinstalled bloatware apps in one click
-manually optimize the settings app and turn off all the garbage (this one is the most tedious but should take you 20 minutes at most)
-explorerpatcher: brings back windows 10 start menu on win11. has other useful taskbar/explorer features. works on all versions of win11 except 24h2 for now.
