Watch fate/zero first, then the FSN anime, then UBW and heaven's feel. Carnival phantasm is obviously the anime to prioritize but you should also consider apocrypha and extra in-between. keep in mind fate extra is also a game. Fate/grand order is, too, but you won't understand some of the servants if you roll them. Don't forget to watch Prisma illya.

buy the visual novel on steam, if you really wanna watch the anime, Start off with UBW, Then Fate Zero, Then watch the heaven's feel trilogy. There is other things like the spinoff series and games but those arent that important to the main series.
